Change is not for everyone. Some wants it, while some don’t. When change comes, adjustment will also follow. Change happens whether we like it or not, because the bad news is things will not be the same forever, the good news is things will not be the same forever! This is just on how we perceive change and so when someone, something, somewhere, sometime will change, let us ask ourselves if do we really want this or it to stay forever? The Day of Valor, also known as Araw ng Kagitingan, is a notable event in the history of the Philippines that must be significant for us, Filipinos, to commemorate the Filipino soldiers who gave their lives during World War II. This day is observed on April 9th each year to commemorate the heroism and bravery of the Filipinos who fought against the Japanese forces during the war The Battle of Bataan was a challenging and distressing ordeal for the Filipino and Americ an troops. The Filipinos suffered greatly from the tough conditions, shortages, and constant Japanese attacks. In spite of these obstacles, the Filipinos remained steadfast and battled with unwavering determination.                Before I fully immersed myself on the Community-Based Research, I only knew that it was a kind of research that only concern on a certain community and nothing more. I knew its significance for the community, but I was not entirely aware of its whole intention and scope. When Mrs. Vera Cruz informed us that we will make our own output of the CBR (Community-Based Research), of course my intial thought was it is just only another ordinary research paper and nothing more.                While conducting the CBR with the group I had been assigned to, I enjoyed interviewing other people that speaked with their heart about our community.                The world of software was ever really my forte and did not have any interest in it. I had always found it boring and confusing. This quarter truly challenged and pushed me out of my comfort zone. I never expected that I would enjoy coding HTML files. This quarter have been another rollercoaster ride for me as a student.                 In the first chapter of 3rd quarter, I felt bored and was reallly struggling to grasp on to the topics considering that I have no interest in coding softwares. It was frustrating me that I hated our lessons. Until, we had an activity on setting images and frames. I started to get fascinated with how the software works. To me, it was like a magic that you could use for practicality.  The preparation for the 122nd High School day was a struggle, for both teachers and students. There were practice sessions for the field demonstration that required students to participate, props that are needed to be made, and class hours that were compressed in order to have enough time to practice. Although, it was all worth it when I saw that each one of us were smiling throughout the day. The Field demonstration involved the every students to perform, from grade 7 to 10. Each grade level has their own festival to perform.  In Grade 10, we performed Sinulog Festival.
