122nd High School Day

 The preparation for the 122nd High School day was a struggle, for both teachers and students. There were practice sessions for the field demonstration that required students to participate, props that are needed to be made, and class hours that were compressed in order to have enough time to practice. Although, it was all worth it when I saw that each one of us were smiling throughout the day.

The Field demonstration involved the every students to perform, from grade 7 to 10. Each grade level has their own festival to perform. 

In Grade 10, we performed Sinulog Festival. The boys garnered the title “CHAMPION, while the girls got 3rd Place in the field demo competition. 

After the field demonstration, the school hosted a concert for a cause in which it involve the bands from the grade 10 special science class, the bands from the senior high school, and teachers. In the concert, songs by ben&ben, this band, taylor swift, callaliy, eraserheards, air supply, and many more musicians were played. Students sang, laughed, and cry during the concert. It was a whole rollercoaster ride, this experience for us will surely be a core memory.


Overall, as some of my fellow students had preached “this is the best High School Day”, these moments I had are enough for me to stand by the saying. I can say that the rumor is true, it is indeed the best high school day. 

Behind this successful event of Ilocos Sur National High School, I know that there are many struggles that the teachers had. I, therefore, want to congratulate and say my gratitude to the teachers who were able to make this 122nd High School day a very unforgettable and were able to really emphasize the true essence of a “High School Day”. I wish everyone had  a memorable high school day as me.

 Dear Mr. President,      I admire your capability of controlling the minds of gullible filipinos rather than controlling the country leading to its development.Other than that, I also wish to utter my fondness unto your "bagong pilipinas" as a new governance brand.Although, I also want to question whether it is for a whole history revision or merely for the betterment of the country?       To be frank, I have never believed in your words as you had never proved any of it with actions.
